i have 2 form 4's filled out and ready to be mailed in but i have one issue, i am out of checks until i order more. my question is if i could use a check in my wifes name, the address and last name are the same. i figured if i put the serial number or something in the memo line it may be ok.
It won't matter. You can have your crack head friend who lives in another state write them a check, as long as it clears, they won't say a thing. Take cash down and get a POMO or any other money order for that matter, you don't have to use a check.

The problem with a money order is you won't know if it cleared or not. i would just send your wife's check.
