Anyone deal with USmachinegun.com?

I had read in several threads here and elsewhere that their M11 steel mags are good to go.
I placed an order some time ago and was wondering what experience other folks had dealing with them.
I don't want to get into when I placed my order; I just want to know if anyone else has dealt with what seems like an inappropriate wait time. My goal here is not to bash the company. It's bad karma to bash people that may make nice things.

He is a bit slow on shipping but I always got what I ordered. (m11 mags as well).

This. Seems to be a good guy. He's straight forward and he's easy to contact.
I got in line for a side cocker railed upper for my M10/45. When I ordered they were still a couple months out from being manufactured. The wait time has gone longer than he originally thought, but hey, shit happens. He made it clear it was an approximate date they would be ready, and he isn't taking my money until it's ready to ship. No harm, no foul. I'll definitely keep using USMG.

I have heard good things about them but I ordered some M-11 magazines over 2 months ago and I am still waiting. Guess I'll give them a call this week.

Only ordered one thing (M11/9 AR Stock adapter) from them. A *little* slow shipping but it is a very high quality piece, which is all that really matters. I'd rather wait a week or two and have a great product than have a piece of shit in my mailbox in two days.

My package arrived today and everything looks good.
They've had the mags since at least February. Sounds like a simple glitch in the system. They took care of me.

After my house got broken into last year and all of my M11 mags were stolen, Michael personally made sure I got the mags I ordered in time to shoot the next match.
I was totaly taken back by his personal customer service. I will continue to purchse from US Machine Gun.
