 5320.20 Questions

It's been a few years since I did a 5320 for interstate travel with an SBR.

As I recall, you mail 2 copies to the WV address....if my item is under a trust do I need to send any additional trust documents along with it? Or just the 5320.20?

2 questions-

1. If staying at 2 different locations during a trip, do you list both places or one?

2. If I want to take my SBR's to and from a neighboring state, year long, but are going to different places, how do you list that in the destination box?

You only need one location in each state you'll be taking the guns to. An approved form is for an entire state for the time period specified on the form.
