I have been scouring through this forum looking at info wishing I could get a SBR. I was wondering through a trust does that means no CLEO, photos, fingerprints?

not a loop hole really.....they still anal probe you (trust grantor/trustee) with the same maybe(?) more extensive background check.

That would be a neat trick since they don't get any info other than name and address. No fingerprints, no SS#, no birthdate, etc. For example, I know of at least one other guy in my town with my exact same name, and my name is fairly unusual. Imagine if you were John Smith.
There's no way they could pull that off unless they were psychic.
It would be possible for someone that is not eligible to own NFA weapons, or any weapons, to be placed in a trust and gain access to the weapons. But they would still be illegal. Now, how many criminals do you know that would pay money and have a paper trail of their illegal activity? If you were so inclined to break the law and own weapons when it's illegal for you to do so, there are far easier ways to do it.

does this other guy have your exact same address...... .gov is not very efficient for sure but i'm bettin they are a 100% confident on who the grantor/trustee of the trust is before they hand over a nfa weapon to him.....
name and address in today's data intense age is more than enough to know what your anus looks like

No background check on trusts.
