i have a stainless Ruger .22 pistol that i would like to get bead blasted and blued, Does any one know of a company that does good quality work. Any info would be appreciated.

You would be better off selling your stainless Ruger and buying a blued one. Stainless steel will not blue using standard hot tank methods. Salt bath nitriding will turn stainless steel a nice dark black. But I doubt that your Ruger pistol frame would survive the temperatures involved without some significant warping . Your other alternative is to paint it with Duracote or Cerokote. That would also cost you a pretty penny unless you have the skills to do it yourself.
I cerakoted a stainless Ruger 10/22 in Armor Black....it turned out hella nice. Cost is not that bad either.
