I just bought a blemished spikes upper. What needs to be done to make it look right? It has a very dull finish kind of whiteish, does it need some oil or need to be totally refinished? any help would be appreciated
Its hard to say with out seeing it. If you want to refinish it CeraKote Graphite black is the closest to the modern AR receivers.
Ok i will try to get pictures posted. I am thinking about doing a cerakote finish if i build it into a complete upper. But I was also thinking about transferring all the parts from my m&p 15 sport over to it so I have FA and dust cover. If i do this I would like it to match the factory finish of the m&p
