Love mine.
I've owned it for about 5 years, and it has yet to disappoint me, I have the 26"barrel, make it a bit heavy, but gives me good velocity.
Pro's are, one of the best triggers that are made, it's adjustability is amazing, take up, lateral movement, and breaking threshold.
It's accuracy is excellent. Barrel life is quite good. The bolt throw feels like less than 60 degrees, stock adjust ability is very good.
Cons, are only the price of accessories, the newer model bipod can run $450, muzzle break $100, magazines $175.
Mine loves berger bullets and is quite able to shoot past 1000 when I do my part.

I have the bigger brother, TRG 42 (.338), and have a bit of time on the 22 as well. It is a great gun, the only detracting factor, is that many choose to get the AI AE, since it is within the same general price range. Personally, I prefer the Sako, over the AI, for a number of reasons.......However, due to popularity with the precision crowd, the AI usually wins major approval. Which is not to detract from the AI, as it is an excellent weapon as well, and has many merits. For my personal use, I just prefer the TRG. Keep in mind, also, that Sako has been discussing a replacement for the TRG, but as of yet, it is not to be seen.
Of course, just my opinions, and YMMV.

What kind of scope is that and how much did it cost?
This is a U.S. Optics SN3 3.2X17
I purchased the scope used on Snipers Hide.
The build sheet with with all the options on the scope was about $2400, I got it for less than that.
