I've shot one on my MP5 clone and it works quite well. It is bulkier than the multiount or Raptor II, and is VERY hard to find - it's made in short runs, so not always available.

I talked to some of the Gemtech folks at the NRA show. They said they MAY make a few in the next year or so.
I like that bulky look personally, it's actually a driving factor in my purchase decision.
Sucks they're made in such low numbers, but I won't be ready to buy for a few months anyways.
