Is a golf ball launcher considered a DD or AOW if it is fired by a blank or any other type of gunpowder charge? A fellow in our gun club is thinking of making one and I told him I would check it out before he builds it. If this is a dumb question I appologize but I always figured it's better to know the rules before you tell somebody something.
Not sure if its illegal to use where your at but i believe that its legal to own. CTD sells them for about 30 bucks might be easier to buy one than make one. Hope that helps.
