One of our local Journalists is a knife writer and has offered me some knives.
One is an Extrema Ratio Fulcrum. This thing is huge.
I bought several of his knives and may sell a couple to help offset the cost.
Is this a quality knife I should keep?
would it have any desirability in the EE?
Disclaimer. This is not an offer to sell in violation of EE rules, as I haven't decided to keep or sell it yet.
tag for info, those have always interested me.
and that's not huge.

They are quality knives. The aesthetics of them limits marketability. If you like it, keep it.
I have a couple of of them, including the Fulcrum bayonet version. It seems to be a good, solid knife but to be honest, I don't really use it much because it is just too damn big and heavy. If you are looking for a value, I think I bought my fulcrum around 2005 for about $200.

I have the KS I like it , the finish on it is hard as hell , it's been used and doesn't look it.

Wow, that thing looks awesome! Does it weigh as much as I think it does?
They kick ass but are out of my price range

The EOD's are expensive running up to 600 bucks but (shrug) I could find something more practical cheaper. They are solid- and I do like that KS.....

but I am not liking the handle at all...I have held them and stuff...
Not as bad as you would think.. about the same as my coldsteel Reconscout I think almost a pound., I would say just right. they make a bigger model too, The KH.. it's huge..

I had one. It was a good blade but too big for my needs at the time. I had a HARD time selling it. Most people don't even know what it is.
