 tell me about this knife..

has Imperial, PROV R.I., USA on the blade..the blade is spring loaded in the handle, if you hold it tip up and push the blade in, springs out enough where you can grab it and open it. to close it, you close it normally to a certain point, then hold it tip down and push the blade in and the blade catches and stays in the handle..it has a little bar in the handle that moves with gravity and catches or releases the blade....

I've always heard them referred to as "Trick Knives" as you need to know the trick to get them open. They are pretty common.
