Wondering if anyone has one of these? I'm thinking of getting for a camp knife? Whats your take on duability and function?

Looks like my RD-7, but bigger! Should be fine as a camp knife, but the handle will likely give you some blisters if you're going to do a lot of chopping.

Solid knife, You can remove the handles and round them a bit more, it should help with the blisters.

Are the screw holes big enough to run paracord through to make a handle?

I'm sure they are, but paracord handles only shine if the knife is designed for a cord wrap. If it isn't you have an awful shaped and uncomfortable handle IMO

I have an RBS 6 and it's a great knife. It's shorter than the 9. I think I'm going to get a different sheath for it. The sheath it comes with is functional and isn't the worst, but the quality isn't really there either.

That was my thought on the sheath. I was thinking I'd make one from kydex and attach a small pouch for a fire kit.

I got alot of sheath business from the RD line of knives.
