Missing tutorial for making relief cuts?

All,
About three weeks ago I saw a thread on here that showed the complete knife making process, I cannot remember who the author was. What interested me was that it showed how to make decorative relief cuts on the spine using round bastards and triangle files. Does anyone know where it went, was it an archived thread, or is it in the archive now? Searching so far has turned up nothing any guidance would be appreciated.
