GSG 1911 different finishes?

So I'm looking on gunbroker and it seems like the ones sold with the black plastic grips (not the railed/fake silencer ones)have a more even shade of grey finish on all the metal. Where the ones sold with wood grip panels seem to be more of a black finish, and often the reciever looks like its a slightly different shade than the slide. Does anyone know if they make different ones with different finishes? The more I look the more I like the black panel GSG 1911's.

There are no differences in the finishes between black grip or wood grip GSG 1911. The frames and slides are all manufactured well before the final gun is assembled, as our order quantities between wood, black and AD-OPS versions vary monthly.

Does the SIG version have the same finish ? I have not seen one in person. Seems to have the 'textured' finish like the GSG.
