Well i have a gsg-5-22p got it out today and got about 300 roudns through her of various ammo to see how she performed. The good only ammo that gave me problems was remington subsonics with light primer strikes. Might be a pain since I plan on suppressing and sbr'ing this little guy. had about 3 ftf/fte out of 300 so not bad I can live with that. Accuracy was very good was able to hit targets at 60yrds without too much trouble free hand with it. The SBR when its complete will really let me get into this thing.

The bad well last night I was installing a buffer in the cocking tube and I stripped the cheap cocking handle while putting it back on. Not too big of a deal I drilled it out and had to insert the handle to cock it each time. A retro kit has already been ordered along with a spare charging handle in case it happens again. Secondly I went through it and locked all the screws, however I forgot to do the rear sling swivel and it came off while I was out today, more embarrasing than problematic when your out with friends. I also noticed that it got dry prettty quick had to wet her up nice and good about 200 rounds into it to keep her running happy.

Overall I like the gun allot! I know I'll like it even more after I SBR it. I cant wait, I would love to see some higher capacity mags come out other than the 100rd drum. The ten roudners are pointless just as your starting to get a nice grin on your face your out of ammo. THe 22 roudners just as your starting to giggle and get really into it you run out. I can part with the $100 on a 100 round drum that doesnt seem to run smoothly. I'd love to see a larger 30rd stick mag or a 50rd drum at a cheaper price option to see the reliability before I drop the $100 on the 100 rounder.
