what temp to dry brass at?

My parents gave me a rotisserie/toaster oven after my brother gave it back to them. Well, it collected dust in my garage for 3 years and honestly, I've got zero use for it. Untill I decided to start reloading, that is.
I currently clean my brass using crushed walnut but it is very dusty so I wash my brass in a bucket afterwards. I used the oven the other day and not thinking, put it on 250 and just came back into the house and forgot about it until 2 hours later. Now, the brass looks yellowish instead of well, brass colored. Did I ruin that batch of brass?

Thanks in advance.

I dry at about 200F or just a little hotter.

All you did was oxidize the surface, the annealing temp is over 500F.
