Power pistol and .45 ACP Lead load data

Picked up some 200gn SWCBB and really want to keep using my PP.
I use ~7gn under 230gn XTP's. But can't find much Lead data... Just looking for semi-stout target loads for a P220 carry and G30.
I know I should probably switch to something better for shorter barrels, I was thinking about getting some W231... but want to stick with what I got for now.

Lyman 49th shows a starting load of 6.6gr for 810fps

I've used Power Pistol, sometimes the boom and flash is fun, but was never really happy with the groups. But never tried it with lead
Then I tried some WST with lead, I can do this all day long, it's almost boring
5.0gr WST with 200gr LRN

There is some concern about the use of copyrighted material in this thread. What is posted is "fair use" in my opinion and is not a problem as it is not an extensive copy of the source, it is not plagarized, and is not used for profit by the user.

Very nice and thank you.
Not too worried about flash for target target loads with PP.
Anyone know more about the Ramshot Zip powder(flash, metering, etc)? Seems to have some good numbers for being a much faster burn rate than PP and W231... Looks like a good short barrel powder.

I also like 231, and WSF.
4.8 of WST and Missouri Bullets, 185 Gr LSW are disgustingly consistent.
Trail Boss gives you a nice afternoon of shooting lead as well.
TB is not cool in my LNL AP powder drop, very inconsistant. Check yourself with this combo, Powder Cop a must.
My Hornady 8th shows 230 gr XTP loads with PP starting at 5.5 gr @700 fps and max 7.1 @ 900 fps .

I'm just now doing some experimentation with various powders behind 230 gr cast lead. As a matter of fact, I just shot a video last night to document the flash difference between 5.0 gr of W231 and 6.6 gr of Power Pistol. On the video, there is a noticeable difference but it's not a flamethrower with the Power Pistol.
The part I like about the Power Pistol is the accuracy. I'm a really terrible shot and the accuracy of the Power Pistol vs other powders actually shows up in my shooting.
