Hello Everyone,

My neighbor has an H&K 94. He needs some money and wants to sell it. I haven't seen it yet, but he says its in great condition. What would be a reasonable price to pay?

Thanks,
Accountant

They go for up the $3000 on gunbroker.

Offer $1500.

Never seen HK94s quite that cheap. Ive bought them on and off for 10 years. I see them selling now from 3500-on up depending on condition and accessories. If you see any of those 2500 ones send them my way...

I bought one barely used for $600 back in the day, way before the AWB, HK94A3 coll. stock and all... had it less than a year and traded it even for a NIB Beretta 92 (which was selling for about the same price at the time and I was only 18 and couldn't buy one from a dealer, only an individual).

One the few that still stings, after all this time...

Heck, I paid $2,500.00 for a used Califorina DOJ-DOC HK-94 carbine about 5 years ago and that was a smoking deal!! I remember back in the mid 80s when a new HK-94 were going for $800.00 to $900.00 in my area

Those days are long gone and the going range for a true Heckler & Koch, HK-94A2 or A3 is between $3,500.00 to $4,000.00.

The last HK-94 I seen in my area was going for $4,800.00 (NIB) and it sold within a month at that price too!!

If your friend is selling a true pre-ban HK-94, I would jump at $2,500.00... Don't miss out on this since they will only go up in price AND I'm pretty sure your friend has the internet, so he has a good ideal what its really worth... Right now, its a good time to buy rarer type "assault guns" and I would do it BEFORE the next President elections before the second panic wave kicks in.

Way back when (late 80s), I almost bought one for $550. I convinced myself not to buy it by thinking "I can get a decent Colt AR for a little bit more. And who spends that sorta $ for a 9mm anyways?"

I don't have that AR anymore either.
