Please make a 9mm sub 2000 that takes hk usp mags in time for Christmas. Thanks in advance.

I'll keep dreaming in the mean time.

The mags would cost more than the rifle.

Write a letter to Kel-Tec.

I wrote them one last year and they responded with a real response answering my questions.

I'd love to see them redesign the Sub-2000 with swappable mag blocks, and then build mag blocks for a lot more types of magazines. Make a 9mm, 40 S&W, and 45 ACP versions, and thread the barrels. DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE!

The S&W mags go all the way back to the introduction of the SUB-9 (well before the S2K) when such pistols and mags were quite plentiful. (My wife still carries the old S&W 469/669 and keeps a compatible SUB-9 in her trunk.)

And FWIW, for those in states with a state AWB, pre-ban S&W mags are still easy to find compared to other platforms.

I've got a PF9 and an RFB, both have been perfect.
Considering a G17 SUB2000, but why in the blue blazes would you want it to take $60+ low capacity mags?

The original gun they built was able to swap the grip frame to use other type of pistol mags. It was called a sub-9, it was all metal with plastic handguards & grips. But back when they sold them they were like $500 and that was about 10 years ago.

I'm not sure, but I would have to guess its because he already has some of those $60 mags and would like a carbine to use them in.

I would just like to see KelTec build more of ANY of these rifles. Try to find one. If you do the dealer jacks up the price. If only KelTec was as good at actually producing their firearms as they were at designing cool stuff I would be happy. For me, I want one that will take a Beretta 92 mag. Yes, they make one....if they would only run a batch! Meanwhile I enjoy my Beretta Storm which you can buy and which will take several different Beretta magazines to be compatible with your Beretta pistol.
