I recently purchased one of these FNMI barrels and have not had a chance to fired it yet. But one of the first things I noticed was when I mounted the free float rail and checkering to see if the rail was good and secure I noticed the barrel would appear to move and the free float rail remained stationary. . I removed the rail to re-torque the screws and checked again. Same result. It appears to me the barrel has a little (give) to it. Can anyone tell me if this normal for this barrel? Barrel nut it tight and all seems to be perfect. Anyone??
Yes, the FN government barrel has a government profile to shave weight off it, so it will flex more than say a heavy weight barrel.

Will the accuracy be affected by the light profile? I was planning on a 200-300 yd shooter out of it. Thanks
