Rechambering from 308 to 300 saum/300wsm - anybody done it or had it done?

Or any other .30 cal magnum (308 length) for that matter. I already have the BCG that has the bolt face opened up to saum/wsm diameter. What would you recommend?
How did it work out?
Any tips or things to look out for?
Did you do it yourself or have someone else do it?
