Guys I have searched but I am looking for recommendations on a lawyer for an NFA trust here in VA. I can call my local guy and see if he does NFA tomorrow but I would prefer someone with experience to get it right. Also it would reduce the chance of someone local learning anything. I understand client privilege but I also know the good ol boy network in a small town.

Mr. Marx has done them for a bunch of us. He is out of Norfolk. I used him and drove down from Richmond because others had recommended him. There are a few threads in the Va forum and others have recommended a few through the state so you might find someone more local to you. Marx does happen to be a member here too. Can't think of his S/N.
I think I found someone local that I may use. He is a lawyer and a class 3 dealer. Good combo.
I was mainly looking for recommendations, but thanks for the lists guys. I will consult them if the call tomorrow does not get me what I need.
