Can anyone identify the length of this barrel and rail?

I saw this SBR posted by toekneeg in the first page of the SBR Picture Thread Part II and fell in love with it. I have a 9" 300 Blackout barrel and I want to build my rifle to look like this (they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery). Just wondering if anyone knew which length rail (carbine or midlength) and the make/model will give me this look with a 9" barrel. Thanks!

Hard to say from looking at a picture, I would guess 16"?

that's a kac urx 2 rail. they are about 10 3/4" long. barrel looks to be 11.5"
aac makes a factory blackout upper with a 8" kac urx3 rail and 9" barrel, they look nice

no way. Definitely a URX. I would with the assessment of 11.5"
