My form 1 form was pulled. Long story short, i sent my paperwork off at the end of January. Check was cashed on march 18 and went pending Feb. 13. I called the past couple of weeks and gave them my the serial number of the lower i intend to use and i wasn't in the system. I found out i gave the wrong serial on my paperwork and talked to the examiner about it. So she is going to pull it and send it back to me to correct.

My question is, that i know i put a couple different calibers and barrel lengths on my form, should i just make things simple and put one caliber and barrel length while i will have my form back for corrections. I have read that u can have other sbr uppers to use on your registered lower as long as u can convert it back to the original configuration in the paperwork. Which in turn, negates the reason to put multiple calibers listed, etc.

You should not put multiple calibers and barrel lengths on the Form 1, you are right. You can only make it in one caliber and barrel length and making it is all the Form 1 is about.

So, if you're getting it back for another correction, fix that one too because it's another reason for them to kick it back when processing starts.

And FYI, you do not need to be able to "convert it back to the original configuration." That's internet myth. Once your Form 1 is approved and you have made the SBR per the Form 1 spec, then feel free to change calibers and barrel lengths at will. The Form 1 is merely for making the SBR, it has no governance over what you do with your existing SBR thereafter.
