New member, committed to buying an ACOG even after I told him I was supposed to meet with someone the NEXT DAY to show it to them. He committed saying he would "definitely take it" and then the details were sent via PM. Addreses for money orders, and his address so I could ship it. He was supposed to send out a MO today and I sent the other person a message saying it was sold so cancelled the meet(which I am sure made him mad).

Got home tonight to a quick PM saying he was really sorry but has to pass on buying it.

It does not come with any accessories just that docter mount that mounts to the back tabs. I'm sorry I don't have the pelican case or anything like that. Never used a lenspen, they are garbage anyways. I always use a small fine microfiber swab like designed for cleaning glasses to get smudges off the glass or whatever. Outside can be wiped with a wet rag, it's pretty damn bombproof!

I won't take paypal on this because I have been screwed with paypal in the past. Also you are a new member here so we need to get you some positive feedback.

$800 gets it shipped to you(assuming you are continental US). I will not take paypal on this, needs to be a money order(preferably postal). I can ship through UPS or USPS, your choice. I will get it there delivery confirmation/tracking.

Sorry gotta pass. Nothing needs to be replaced. The Docter optic mount comes with it. It's in great shape and I have someone coming to look at it tomorrow that is local. It's a red crosshair reticle. Google TA31DOC reticle or check out the trijicon sight.

LIke i told him i am very sorry for the inconvenience, wish i didnt have to back out, belive me. if he would of taken paypal i could of used my card and been no problem i know he didnt want to and i understand that. i know this looks bad on my part, cant argue i would be pissed as well as i have had deals go bad on me. could of waited a week and just not sent the money order, gave him as quick of notice that i could, thought that would be the right thing to do!! that the beauty of paypal, when the money is paid,nothing else that matters. Life throws curve balls at times, just wish some people were more understanding.

Wrecked cars or not if you say " I will take it " you must follow through period. And When you welch on the EE you are gone, we have a O tolerance policy on welching. If you do not follow through on this deal your account will be locked.

+1 the seller needs to be able to make good. But then again you really can't blame the buyer for relisting I'm not sure I would want to count the buyer sending the money on mionday either...We have been having alot of these lately....

Yes the item was re listed and sold to one of the others thst were originally interested. Guess it worked out well anyways.

Maybe the seller should of told me also. Didn't know it was turning into this. I'll send the money Monday. I have not been dishonest about and I'll send the money. You should have known that from reading the EE RULES posted at the top!
Seller was trying to .. well you know .. SELL something that YOU WELCHED on. Why should he not relist something when you come up with excuses to withdrawl from an agreed upon sale?

Your logic of "making things right" is a little off kilter .. you only offered to fulfill once an account lock comment came into play .. which you asked for and then all of a sudden had a change of heart ??

Let me explain this a little bit .. the EE works because people ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for their actions .. otherwise people would be screwing others over constantly to the tune of several thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The EE only works because of our Honor. If we say I will take it or as a seller if we say its yours we must follow through. Mattgdow, you welched and after I gave you the options went so far as to say in this thread that we should lock your account. The seller does have the right to move on. Because you did change your mind and made the attempt to step up you will not receive an account lock but a -1 for welching on your account. As to members chiming in, providing it stays civil all members are welcome to participate in feedback threads.
