I just wanted a record on why I got unfair Neg feedback that I would like to have removed . I know what I sent him was right but never the less. I offered cash back he wanted more. I offered a refund he didn't want to ship back . I offered to have it picked up by fedex at his doorstep and refund the entire amount plus an extra 14 bucks. You guessed it nope. Maintained I screwed him but never in this "horrible deal" would he return it. We both had 100% feedback now I do not despite offering to pay him to return the ammo. I guess that's how it goes looking back it would have been easier to give him 15 bucks but 486 rounds of 7.62x39 for 95 bucks shipped final price I'll take neg feedback.

The other 40 + golden tiger that were suppose to be there and the other 30+ brass that were to be Winchester the number count ending up being right it's just not the same QUALITY so in the long run I feel like I should still receive some type of refund from you, I'm not going to send back because shipping would eat up not worth it. I sent you 484 rounds by. your count. I tried my best to be accurate with my inventory of what was there originally there were472 in agreement I tried to be nice and throw in extra for free if your not happy with it please return for a full refund. I know this to be the only rds because of the purple
sealant around them.

29 rds of Yugo or Serbian, it is not US made. Production
date is 1970. Has red sealant around the primer. FDP
is what it says. I took a pic of the head stamp.

48 rds of Winchester.
50 rds. of Russian FMJ w/red ring around it.
10 rds of Wolf SP.

Its Remington i've never bought or shot anything brass cased fron outside the US let me get home and I'll take care of it. I'll refund you for the 50rds for 12.50 but keep in mind I put at least a mags worth extra not included in the deal. Does that sound fair ? There were only 6 rounds golden tiger ? Was the box damaged? If there were only 6 I'm fileing a claim because I emptied a mag that had more than that straight into that bag.. take a picture for me I believe you but I'll need one for my claim. Hey , I received the ammo about an 15 mins ago, I counted them
there is 11 full boxes and 6 loose rds there should be 13 full boxes and
16 loose rds. That is 50 rds short. The brass case all of it was not Win
chester there is 48 that are Winchester and the other 29 are either Yugo
or Serbian? Besides that everything else is alright. I need to get the rest

In the email the total count was 472 that we agreed on. By his own count listed in the email I sent him 484 ! I honestly sent him more ammo than he bought just trying to be nice. I am 99 per sure that I sent him the right stuff and that's why I would have rather him return it vs sending him more than the 12.50 that was based off 5 a box..

Here are the pics, there should be 2 more boxes of Golden Tiger
and 10 loose rds of Golden Tiger. The 120 rds of Barnaul ammo
was right. The top bag of brass ammo was 29rds of some surplus
ammo? you can see pic of head stamp. That 29rds was suppose to
be Winchester. Everything else in the pic the other 2 bags in the pic
to the right were FREEBIES. You can read the rest in the emails and
judge for yourself and granted ALL this stuff was mixed together
in grocery bags and I sorted it all out myself. He obvious didn't go
through it he was just guessing I guess. I don't have time to be
packing all this up and wasting all this time, I'll just mark it up as a
loss and shoot it.

(I think my FEEDBACK speaks for it's self).

Thanks to the mod for editing out my address, I wouldn't post someone

Where do you get a $1.50 the 2 bags to the right are freebees & the other stuff was not what he said it was

I have to agree with this. I don't believe that negative is just, he did everything that he could to make the deal right.

If the seller offered to take back what was sold for a full refund + extra and the buyer refused I don't see where a negative is warranted.

1st gatorhunt does this mean I can get my reputation restored to 100% I don't feel that would be fair as it is a reflection on my character.


2nd. My offer to return the ammo on my dime still stands. I will still refund everythingand I will still give you an extra 14 but I did not send surplus brass I don't care what the picture is your showing. Its because of this that I'm not going to pay an extrtion fee for good feedback I know what I sent and that is why I offered a refund

If seller is offering a full refund, shipping on his dime and extra on top of that there isn't anything else to do here but return the ammo for that refund, or keep what you have and let this go.

I don't think I would want to do business with either. The buyer is worried about 50rds when he was given freebies but by god he should get what he ordered even when the seller threw in extra which to me makes him look like an ungratefull well I won't say especially after turning down a full refund... The seller sould have just refunded the 15 its only a $1.50 difference.

You are a LIAR you sent the surplus brass and you KNOW YOU DID. Nothing was as described as
in your post all came in plastic grocery!! You had in the ad that ALL BOXES WERE CRISP AND CLEAN,
the Barnual boxes are just about to fall apart. Your'e the one that did not go through your "SHIT" I have

You want me to give you money for 50 extra rounds and I did offer you 12.50 based off 5 per box but you wanted more that made me angry because your just being greedy . I offered you a refund in a way that made you a profit but nope. I didn't come on here out of quilt I came on here because you gave me bad feedback and to defend my name. I even gave you my phone number when I sold it to you why would I do that if I was going to rip you off? you could have called and still can if you want. Honest question we have established that you got more total rounds than we agreed on so if your short on Golden tiger by 50 what 50 do you have in it's place to get the count you gave?
Can you please post a clear picture of the brass head stamp I promise I will admit I'm wrong if I see it clearly and I've made an error . Was the box damaged was the main box beat up? Also at this point what will it take to make you happy? If I send you $15 will that make it straight in your mind?

Call me if you want or answer on here if you want makes no difference to me.. I still swear on the lords name I did nothing intentionally wrong and I am willing to except that a mistake could have been made so I am prepared even though I'm not a business to make the customer happy for the sake of my reputation.
