I bought a RCBS two die set from Commandroid and he sent me a die with a stuck case in it.
I IM'd him for the first time two days ago and told him there was an issue with the die and today at about 4:30 PM. I asked for my money back. I still haven't heard from either IM.
I will try to email him as well but I am sure he knew what he was sending me so I thought I would post a thread already.
Here is the die in question.

Roger that.....sorry about that, I didnt realize there was a stuck case in it. My dad gave it to me along with a bunch of other dies and tools and I don't use SBA dies, he didn't say anything about a die being stuck in one because I believe he picked it up in a garage sale along with other stuff. As discussed in IM I can refund your money or give you some brass, 55 or 62 gr projectiles or some nylon gear as I have a garage full of it, I just don't have any more 223 dies for sale. Oddly enough, moments before crowboy sent this message fiorecet me to put my reply in this post, I got a case stuck in my redding type a fl die. Amazing how the universe works huh?
Let me know what kind of brass and how much please. I may be interested in some brass.

It's no big deal. I would have been pissed as well. I know how it is to get mad and react. It really is no big deal and I'm glad we can work it out. I do have the address and will get it shipped first thing on the morning.

Got an email from seller last night, said the brass should be here in a day or two.

Received the brass today and a bunch of goodies. I just want to say thanks to Andrew for making this right. He went beyond what he needed to do for this deal. I really appreciate it.
