Thank you. I gave you an option of $ today. You said no. For the record, I don't agree with calling people out like a 12yr old girl but whatever... I was burned by two sellers 4 days apart. Didn't call them out because as Americans, we have the right to choose to honor a sale or not.

I have sent him an IM and an email with link and have asked for his response in this thread.

Offered a $300 paypal payment yesterday, the rest Tue or Wed, he said no. So be it. Again people have rights to make deals or not.

You don't have the right to agree to a deal then string the seller along, just to change the terms as you go. You were even given an out early on, you should have taken it.

Was a crime commited? No, so move on. Again, if he wants this resolved payment was offered by Wed 100% He refused.
I was also welched on by two different sellers, guess what? I didn't stress about it and moved on

On the -1 the OP left the buyer you said "beware DOES keep his word."

I think you meant "doesn't" keep his word.

Newargeye, if you don't find a way to finish this deal ASAP the consequences are a probable site ban with no hope of return. I heartily recommend you follow through.

Wrong, EE policy is simple on welching, either follow through on the deal or receive an account lock and following through does not mean on your payment terms. You agreed to buy and you need to send full payment asap or you will be gone.

Account locked until this is resolved.

USPSMO $675.00 sent out with tracking( tracking number given to me the day you mail out) and received my me no later than Sat May 12th 2012

That gives you another 6 days to get MO to me.

If you will/can agree to this, then yes.

I want us to complete this deal and I will make every effort to do so.

I am waiting on payment from this guy. He's called dibs a week ago and Friday he gave me the same busy work nonsense and said payment would defiantly go out today. I've heard nothing since. I don't guess bad feedback would help in this case.

Yes it would help. He has shown a pattern on how he is dealing here. That's what the feedback threads are for and the moderators and site will deal accordingly.

I sent you an IM with his email address. Keep me posted on if he follows through or not.

His account will remain locked until he gets all of his deals squared away.

No USPSMO today, no futher cummunications from NEWARGEYE.

I would say so. Send him a note letting him know you are selling to someone else as payment has not been received.


Another member had contacted me off board for his contact info as he called dibs on an item he was selling. He ended up sending him half through PP and said he would have the rest by Saturday as well. I have reached out to this member to see whether or not he has received the rest of his funds or not.


Looks like he is comitting to a lot of sales where he does not have money in hand to follow through immediately. Not good.

I think this says all you need to know about the buyer welcher. Good riddance.
