Group buy of AR-15 6.8 SPC uppers $370 delivered

We are organizing a group buy of M4A2 and M4A3 complete upper halves in 6.8 Remington SPC. The complete upper half consists of the following:
-16” M4 style step-cut barrel, 1 in 9.5” twist
-A2 flash suppressor with threaded barrel
-bayonet lug
-M4 handguard with heat shield (black)
-A2 or A3 forged upper receiver with Mil-Spec Teflon coating
-gas tube, ejection port cover, forward assist, and aluminum delta ring
group buy price is $370 shipped via UPS Ground per unit for the new complete upper as described above.
Here are the available options:
-bolt/bolt carrier/charging handle (+$76.50)
-carry handle with A2 adjustable sights (+$67.50)
-green M4 handguards (+$9)
-aluminum free float black (+$22.50)
Estimated delivery date is approximately two weeks from the time all payments are received. The later you are, the later all of us have to wait.
Payment is as follows:
-Certified funds (cashier’s check, money order)
-Personal check (items not shipped until funds clear)
-Visa/MC/Discover/American Express with +3%
The group buy expires Friday, October 8, 2004. All funds must be received no later than Friday, October 15, 2004. Please make every effort to ensure you meet this deadline.
We understand this is a very short time frame but the manufacturer has stated that this is an introductory price offer. As soon as the 6.8 Remington SPC is in full swing production with all major AR manufacturers, they will increase their price as they will be subcontracted to build for these manufacturers.
This upper will work on your AR-15 lower half, with the same buffer and buffer spring.
Minimum order needed for this group buy is 35 units.

It will probably be past Oct. 8th before you will have this GB approved. I would contact the manufacturer to see if they still can accommodate you with the original pricing, before contacting a mod or staff member.

I would be interested in this upper if the staff approves this GB and if it is chrome lined. I also need more details such as manufacturer, M4 feed ramps in receiver, mags available with purchase, etc.
