Got a potential issue with seller

Member with short history and no feedback selling Paraclete plates. Paid the member as soon as price was agreed. Was informed that I would have a tracking number by days end. This then rolled into the next day. No further response to my pm's and hasn't responded to the email address I paypaled him through. From his user info he has logged in since last communication.
Any help would be appreciated

How long has it been? It might be in the mail and just not arrived yet.
When you paid by Paypal did you pay by gift or purchase? If it's been a while since you paid you can always file a complaint with Paypal.

That's why I never gift funds unless I personally know or have done business with the person before.

Glad to hear that. Even if you gifted it you can always report it. Might be suicide on your own Paypal account but at least the offender will have something in his record against him.
