 WTS Mosin sniper

I'm selling my last Mosin sniper rifle. I acquired this rifle about six months ago. I've never fired it or handled it much. It appears to be an older Century import hence the small stamp on the end of the barrel. The bore is dark with some shine and strong rifling. All numbers match except for the floor plate. I'll sell for 650 dollars shipped and insured.

Does barrel indicate the rifle is actually a "sniper" designate? I can't tell by the pics. Thanks.
