Looking for refinishing in northern Virginia

I'm looking to get a rifle duracoated or refinished in simple matte black but would like to find some one local. I've seen a bunch of people offering services in the Richmond and Tidewater areas but I usually can't get away for the entire day.
Does anybody know of somebody offering refinishing services in the northern Virginia area?
I might have a spare AR lower to trade somebody for their service
