Stock Work Needed, Cut, Refinish & Recoil Pad ETA: All Set

I am looking to get some work done on my Benelli stock. Current length of pull is about 14 1/4". I would like to have the L.O.P. cut down to about 13 1/2" or 13 1/4", & have a new recoil pad put on. I am also looking to refinish the stock as well, as there are a few spots where the finish is wearing. No dents or scratches that have to be filled or ironed out.
Pics can be provided of the inside of the stock if needed to gage how much work is needed.
