I have a very special Gibson Les Paul Studio. Wine color, all gold hardware, never played, always kept in case in humidity controlled vault. The cardboard box is ugly, but its been just a box to move the case in. If you are a VH1 fan, you might remember the show "Bands Reunited". The show reunites a band from days of old and has them do a concert. At the end, the band autographs a guitar and it is auctioned for charity (Save the Music).
My guitar is from the episode that reunited "The English Beat". The autographs are on the body, done in black sharpe ink. I have everything in the picture, and have the original certificate of authenticity from VH1 and Save the music foundation. The even sent me some CD's.
The auction was won for $2000. I value the trade as such, but will trade up or down. I do not play, im just into rock memorabilia. Please review the pics below. I will make it available for inspection in DFW to Goergetown, east to Greenville, West to FT Worth for serious offers. I have been offered full price by Hard Rock in the past 3 years for it, however, Im into pistols, not restarants.
Note: the scratches you see in some pics are only a function of the camera flash, the guitar is flawless. the fingerprints were wiped off after the pics were taken.
Prefer FTF in TX, but will ship for the right deal.
