Spikes Middy Upper w/ 9" SAR Rail System--790$ Shipped

Hey all, I'm selling this gem of an upper because I want to try out some different configurations (am thinking about going the SBR route). That's about it. This upper has been 100% reliable in the roughly 400 rounds I have had through it.
This upper is all mil-spec; chambered in 5.56, M4 feedramps, MIL-B-11595-E steel HPT/MPI chrome-lined barrel, HPT/MPI bolt, M16 bolt carrier, F marked front sight, etc. etc. etc. Don't settle for consumer grade garbage when you can have a quality upper for the same price (when you factor in rail systems).
That brings me to one of the central features of this upper: the rail system. The SAR is the second lightest rail system on the market––it's even lighter than the Daniel Defense "Lite". It has a super solid lock up and utilizes a titanium barrel nut. It is totally unique. The rail on this upper is 9".
This upper is also covered by Spikes' lifetime warranty. Being a middy, it shoots very soft. It is also very accurate. It has a standard government profile barrel. In any case, I am asking $790 for this upper. I will not come down on price, sorry. If you want to buy one of these uppers from Spikes, you're looking at about a 3 month lead time right now. This is a great opportunity to own a premium upper for a good price.
The upper I'm selling is the bottom one (all black, but the top one is also a Spikes upper). It will NOT come with any of the accessories of course, with the exception of two ladder rail covers. I can do face to face or I can ship it w/ Paypal with the stipulation that the money is sent as a gift. I would prefer face to face if possible.
