WTS: Multicam sniper ghillie suit and Reversible sniper over suit UPDATE 5-13-1: :Both items are SPF

WTS: Extremely rare 100% authentic Multicam sniper suit manufactured by Crye Precision in Brooklyn , New York. Suit is in new, unused condition and is sized medium reg (It is definitely cut larger to fit over a regular uniform and is probably closer to a Large -Reg. I'm 6"3"/ 235 lbs. and wear a XXL but can put the jacket on and button it. Obviously a snug fit on me but illustrates roomy cut of suit.) The trousers are probably a 34"-35" waist. This is the actual type suit that is issued to United States Army snipers when they graduate Sniper school. This suit and the reversible sniper over suit were sourced from 10th Special Forces Group at Ft. Carson. Please note that this is not a cobbled or modified standard uniform but a specific purpose garment manufactured by Crye Precision as a "custom" item (see photos of tag.) The ACU style 4 pockets (on sleeves) coat and 6 pocket trousers suit is made from Crye Precision Ripstop Defender M flame resistant Multicam fabric impregnated with Pyrethium insect repellent. The front surfaces of the suit that normally contact the ground when crawling are reinforced with a layer of Multicam 500 denier Cordura Nylon treated to minimize IR signature. Bi-swing back panel has been replaced with Coyote tan nylon MIL-C-8061 mesh material for breath-ability. The suit also has a generous application of 1" solution dyed Multicam nylon webbing for attaching burlap, jute and natural materials. The construction details are well thought out and incorporate features like thumb loops, foot stirrups, 5 round pockets pockets on each sleeve along with cinching straps and elastic shock cord for attaching additional camouflage, Mil-W-43668 #5 molded Coyote Tan nylon calf zippers on the legs, mesh venting at the arm pits, internal straps on the jacket interior that attach to the pants. Also have a rare 100% authentic new condition reversible gray/ tan over suit issued to 10th Special Forces Group at Ft. Carson. The suit was only removed from the plastic bag to photograph it. Manufactured by Caribbean Outerwear and (see pics) labled "SNIPER JACKET" and "SNIPER TROUSERS" "XL"the suit is made out of two different layers of light weight nylon and is cut like the old M1951 snow camouflage over white garments. Both suit and trousers have reach through pockets and small zippered stuff pockets to self contain the suit pieces. The hooded jacket has a six button (gray and tan) closure on each side, draw cords at the hood, waist and lower edge and elasticated cuffs. The trousers are also button closure with a draw cord at the waist and elasticated leg cuffs. The suit reverses from gray to tan with appropriate colored buttons for each different side. I researched the suit on Caribbean Outerwears's web site and note that it is not a regularly offered item. Rather, it appears to be a limited run order for the Special Forces. This came from the same source as the Multicam sniper suit. I've never seen a another one and believe it is a somewhat scarce sniper accessory. $90.00 +shipping. Link to pics posted below
