long distance shooting ranges in Havasu?

I'm going to be paying many visits to. Lake Havasu over the next few years and I was wondering if there is a good shooting range there that goes out to 1000 yards with steel targets and other areas to shoot rifles.

That's up in golden valley. If OP wishes to travel for a set range this one would be up his alley.

The Havasu range only goes to 300. I only use it to sight in my rifle before stretching its legs out to a grand. Open to public Sundays only until 12pm.

I go to Standard Wash around mile marker 172 and drive back about a mile and a half. There's a hill I setup on. I have two set marks, one at 600 and one at 1,000. I bring my own target, no steel cause I paper it. The wind is wicked.

Im in Havasu, nothing for 1000yds in Havasu itself, but the desert is all around us make your own range ;)
