AR's Mechanicsburg Wal-Mart
After seeing all the threads in GD about AR's at Wal-Mart I kept looking and never seen them in mine until today

Dpms $597 and a Sig of some kind for I think $849
Still no bulk ammo, SOG tomahawks or knockoff pelican cases though.

I really wanted a tomahawk.
It's nice to see them out in the 'open' for the mainstream people to walk by as they shop. It should be helping the perception for EBR's.
It was neat, there was 2 little boys there drooling over the guns

and the mom was taking the time to let them look. I remember being that little boy with my dad at K-Mart of all places when he was buying a handgun.
Not that we are regaining our republic or anything but I thout it was cool.
I havent seen any bulk ammo in 223 or 556 at any walmart in pa

Me either, but I keep looking when I'm there though.
East York Walmart had the Fed 5.56? in the smaller size ammo cans, last time I was there.

My local (Trexlertown) store had the tomahawk and knockoff cases...I passed on the case, but bought the tomahawk. Another case of ARFCOM influencing me to buy something I didn't know I needed!!

How long ago did they have the knockoff pelican cases?

I saw some of the 420rd cans at the one in State College and the local one in Lancaster. Or maybe Ephrata. One of them. But neither of those ones have guns. Kind of cool to see them there.

LOL, same here. But we camp alot and I can see using it for kindlin' and I can also see improv. throwing competitions (also known as loosing it in the weeds

)
I do want one but I have yet to see them.
Any way of finding out whick WM's have FFL's now? I can't find any info on their corporate site.
Walmart in Lock Haven/mill hall has a Sig522 with sights for 499.
The Walmart in Easton had 2-3 AR's this past weekend and they usually have the 420 rnd cases (dont recall the price) and the 100 rnd box of Federal ($39.xx) neither are a deal IMO. I haven't been in awhile but the Walmart in Stroudsburg also had the ammo as well.

My local Walmart sells guns, but no AR's. I'll be in the Gettysburg area this weekend. Is anyone aware of a Walmart in the area carrying AR's? Thanks in advance.
Gettysburg Wal-Mart is not carrying guns yet. Both Hanover Wal-Marts have guns, but I have not seen the ARs. You can always order something from their catalog. Just ask for it at the gun counter.
The Trexlertown Walmart will be carrying firearms soon according to the store manager.
