Is this an appropriate place to look for a roomie?
I mean WA locale people are here. It's kinda gun related cause I need someone I can trust around guns. I will be getting another FFL soon, I have a machine shop in the process. Just need some folks looking for a place to stay. If it's not the right spot, let me know. I don't trust most people on craigslist and this seemed a natural place.
Edit: update - since another arfcommer seemed to have paved the way, I have a couple rooms that would be cool having some gun people living in. Location is Kent East hill. Cost is $400 month per room plus utilities. Some flexibility on rent if your willing to help with maintiance. Availability is at the end of January. No illegal activity or nonsense tolerated. There will be a machine shop attached and probably an FFL SOT in the near future. This is a new house for me and I am going to close on it before Jan 21st. Machinist skills a plus as there could be some work available too. No kids, outdoor dog is fine if you clean up after it.
Ive rented a room from at least 2 arfcommers when I was working out of town. Worked just fine for me by posting in the HTF.
Is a BTT acceptable in this case? I am moving in middle of Feb. Still looking for gun saavy roomies.
