Does anyone have a good residential electrician recommendation for Woodinville-Redmond Area?

Yeah I have a shooting buddy who works the renton area and is pretty sharp. Steve Reinhart. I have his card here someplace. E-mail me if you want his number.
What do you need done?
I need someone to look at what this home has going on with wires coming from the electrical box panel routed to the interior walls, across the garage and back into the wall. drywall removed. Basically a mess. I'll take a picture today when I head back to property. The rest of the house is sound, but this has me scratching my head. I'd need to get an appraisal to find out how much it would cost to rectify.
