If SB1785 passes and becomes law I'd really like to see that one segued into our own citizens not needing a ccl to carry. Thank you for your work, Senator.

Steve,
I saw that the title was stricken on 1743. Will this hurt it?

Just read about this on OSA. The guy posting there said the bill cannot become law without a title and is a parliamentary game to make a vote more symbolic than anything.
So if the title does not pass the vote to restore the title, then I guess this bill is dead?!?! Hopefully Steve will clarify this.
Thank you for your work on these issues.
I already have an amendment to restore the title on the senate floor. Either way it is very much alive at present.
