Arbor Lakes AMC 16 in Maple Grove may have them. They did when it once was Magastar Cinemas, but I have not been there in ages. I believe there were 18 seats in the suite and two theaters had suites.

Call the Atlantis in Burnsville, I think they may have something like that in a few of their theatres.

Lakeville 21 has a party room I don't know if you can watch the movie from it or not. I've seen it advertised during the movie previews.

You can rent out the Heights Theater for a night for $500.
