CC military surplus in brooklyn park
Hey guys is it worth the trip compare to the maplewood one, I'm looking for combat shirts
It doesn't feel as dark and crowded as the Maplewood store. I haven't been there in a long time though, so I can't comment on their current selection.
I was there a month ago and was rather unimpressed with prices and selection, better off going the extra few miles to sportsmans guide imo.
Are u talking bout the sportsman guide outlet in invergrove
I'm pretty sure that Sportsmans Guide is only located in Inver Grove Heights. Opposite corners of the metro area.

They do have a warehouse, with an outlet/clearance store, and you can put in requests at the catalog counter. At least last I was there a few years back.
the warehouse/ kinda store is in S St Paul, Right off 494 they actually did have and outlet store years back, hmm I want to say maybe the Blaine area? Not really sure, but it wasn't much. The CC military store in Maplewood had an ok selection but their prices seemed really high. Might not be the same set up as the one in Brooklyn Park though.
If you're looking for gear of any kind, CC is only a place to go to touch the items you're looking at, or if you desperately need it now and can't wait for shipping. You will wave money buying online, or stop by Streicher's in Plymouth just west of Hwy. 169 of of Hwy. 55.
I haven't been in CC's in a few months, but the last time I was in there they had just done a re-org of the store and things seemed less cramped and easier to browse through. Good selection of everything from used mil-surp to the latest in "high-speed/low drag" paintballer wanna-be stuff.
If my kids start getting in to airsoft/paintball, CC will be my first stop. Decent folks from times I've been in there.

you can touch items at sportsman guide too. Just go to the order desk and when your stuff is brought up from the back you can check it out b4 you buy it. If you don't like it jusy let them know and they will put the stuff back.

If you're going to be buying airsoft guns, then you are better off buying from online retailers or some local people who don't have formal storefronts. CC's airsoft guns are ridiculously over-priced compared, and their knowledge on the same is poor at best. If you or your son are truly interested in airsoft, please go to the
Minnesota Airsoft Association forums and have a look around.
