anyone use thrifty propane, your experiences?
i am buying a house in elkton and need to find a supplier for propane. the previous owner
used shargrin gas. i checked them out and their customer service and price was completely
absurd. also checked out tri-gas. customer service was excellent but their price was .75/gallon more expensive than thrifty.
i also would have to sign a five year contract.
i plan on purchasing my own tank so using company's tank doesn't apply.
does anyone use thrift propane? if so what are your experiences and recommendations.
I don't really have any first hand information on them. I use Amerigas and I have a friend who uses Southern States. The prices are really close. Call all of the companies in your area and see what kind of deal you can get. Some might give you a better price if you are on a delivery schedule. I just stick with Amerigas, because they have been the cheapest in my area.
