Visiting Columbia SC
I'm coming down to Columbia for a few weeks very soon and was thinking of bringing along my Buckmark and Hi-Power. I'll be staying near Sesquicentennial State Park and will be looking for a nice range in town. Any recommendations?
sesqui is pretty far from any ranges. the closest one would be shooter's choice in West Columbia.
I personally have never been.
Right now you have basically two options for the midlands, Shooter's choice and Defender. Defender has better employees but Shooter's Choice has a better showroom if that matters to you.
In a few months Palmetto State Armory will be opening their new range in the Irmo area and you can actual shoot rifles there..
