Orofino, home of the Maniacs. I'm down to my last Maniac hat; I'll have to have my brother get me a few more.

Hell, they pay more in benefits than they do an hourly wage.

Do they sell anything from the Factory? Like refurbs maybe?

I'm driving through there later this year. Any factory tours?

$11.50 an hour??? If you have a family, you are officially below the federal poverty threshold. Not to be demeaning, but thats not a livable wage at all. THe only way I could imagine it being worthwhile is if you get one riflescope a week. ha-ha

Cost of living is low in Orofiino. If your SO worked at Speer in Lewiston, you could have a nice life. Nightforce always donates a scope for our raffles; good company.

I've got three family members making a living on that or less here in Cheyenne. Granted, it's not luxury wages, but as a starting wage in an area with lower cost of living, it ain't all that bad.

11.50 an hour . . . . Damm

Then again I'm at a company in Logan Ut that starts their employee out even less then that.

People you have to get training and a job skill that is worth something. Basic labor jobs just don't pay, and never will.

Best of luck to to everyone applying and to Nightforce.

Have to love the name since they are also home to a state psychiatric hospital.
