Does such a thing exist? The wife and I are going to start investing in our retirement lot soon. We had originally planned on a lot on Leech Lake MN (old boy-hood stomping grounds) but the way things are going in MN I've decided to look elsewhere and since I'm a SD resident I thought I'd look west river. Google searches don't seem to bring up a whole lot. I've seen some nice lots tucked away in the woods w/ some small streams/creeks but no small lake front lots.

If you need realtors and mortgage brokers to assist you, IM me. I know lots of them.

All of the waterfront property is east of the Cheyenne river. We have nothing to offer in the western side of the state except for sheep. Nothing.

and gambling!

With the flooding in ND (my current residence), I've no idea why you'd want waterfront property, but if you're set on it some dummy in ND shouldn't convince you otherwise.
