Need a new truck, any suggestions for a good dealer in Ft Riley area?
My fishing battle wagon is about to shit the bed. I'm looking for a used 4WD in decent condition for going to work and going fishing. Nothing fancy, just functional. I would like to keep the price under $10,000 if possible.
Anybody got recomendations on a dealer that won't rip me off?
And please don't say Briggs, those guys have made an art form out of ripping off Soldiers. They aren't getting a fucking dime from me.
For a truck under 10K I would suggest looking private party.You could try the honda toyota place in manhattan it could be hit or miss there as far as a truck that fits your needs.
There's a dealer in Rossville that has a ton of truck inventory on his lot, right on Hwy 24. I'd probably start there and pick up one of the free autotrader mags as well.
If nothing pans out there I'd check out Dick Edward's Manhattan lot and the two used places just east of the Blue river bridge on 24 between the mall and Dick Edwards.
For such a big ticket purchase I would look at wichita/topeka/KC. The trip is worth the money you could save.
