Are there any guys in NWA that do the trusts? i have never delt with anything like this before. Looking to get some things. I like the idea of the trust as i can have my wife on there as well. Also can kids under the age of 18 be on there?

Thanks for any info u guys have on people in NWA doing them for NFA stuff

I believe that John Neihouse, an attorney in Springdale MAY do NFA trusts...he's kinda a pompous ass tho.., I took the template and modified one for myself and had an attorney look it over and found no issues. Luckily I didn't file it since I'm now getting a divorce....

I used Gun Trust Lawyer myself. You'll get hooked-up with a firm in LR. Mine took less than a week and was e-mailed to me.
Some say they are too expensive compared to others or doing it yourself. My personal choice was to error on the side of caution
considering what was at stake. I'd recommend to at least visit their website in your decision making.

Plenty of discussion over in the NFA / Class 3 forum that might help you as well. Good luck.
