What are your plans for the 4th?
I was going to go camping but the fires have canceled my plans.
Just wondering what everyone else is doing?
MAHA
My family has a cabin near pie town, I think we're gonna go there and do some BBQ and listen to some Game of thrones on CD. Boring I know, but everything is closed and no fireworks.

Ben, you spend much time around Pie Town. I've known a few people that have lived there/spent time there and they have some creepy fuckin' stories and say the area is generally kinda weird and sketchy. Just sort of curious about your experiences. Hopefully they were all wholesome and uneventful, but just thought I'd ask for the hell of it.
Working, will probably just sit outside 4 house with the crew watching fireworks and waiting for calls.
Headed to Angel Fire for the weekend. Gonna just hang out and take the boat to Eagle's Nest to fish.

I have spent "some" time down there, not a lot, but nothing weird yet. Just country folks who like to keep to themselves. Nothing out of the ordinary for really small town America me's thinks.

Missouri and Telshor in Las Cruces.
In laws inbound Saturday night. I'm takin' the BIL to to the west side shooting spot Sunday and we're going to the ball game Monday. Go 'Topes.
We will usually just hang out arounf the house. I can see the city's display pretty good from here.
We typically spend a lot of time at the lake in the summer, but I usually try to avoid going on holiday weekends.
Last year we had about 30 people over to the house and set off fireworks for a solid couple hours (the good fireworks!). I was hoping to do the same thing this year...but have had to cancel for obvious reasons. We can see both the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho fireworks from our house...so we'll probably just hang out locally

Grill some pig and swill some beer.
